Working Group function, scope and responsibilities

The New Initiatives Working Group shall be responsible for investigating and make recommendations to the administrative council the scientific subjects and business issues what should be necessary to foster and start up the activity in the federation.

The New Initiatives Working Group is responsible for soliciting proposals from the officers and the administrative council members for the preparation of discussing matters as the new initiatives in the Working Group.

Responsibilities of Chair

The Chair of the New Initiatives Working Group shall communicate with members of the working group asking them to solicit the scientific subjects and business issues what should be necessary to foster and start up the activity in the federation.

The Chair shall forward the invested and discussed achievements to the Administrative Council.

Responsibilities of Vice Chair

The Vice Chair shall perform the functions of the Chair whenever the Chair is unable to perform the function.

Procedures

The business of the Working Group may be carried out by mail among the members in the case of necessity.

The New Initiatives Working Group shall organize the group meeting to initiate action to further the aims and the objectives of the Working Group.

Time table

The Chair of the New Initiatives Working Group shall report to the Administrative Council at every Administrative Council meeting the results of the Working Group.
